Career
At Roads To Connection, we empower NDIS participants with personalised career development and hands-on training. We connect you with real employers and create tailored pathways across industries like automotive, construction, mining, business, marketing and more — supporting you to gain confidence, build skills, and achieve meaningful employment.
Pre-Driving Support
At Roads To Connection, we help participants build the confidence and skills they need before getting behind the wheel. Our pre-driving support includes the use of driving simulators, road-rule coaching, and hands-on learning within our inclusive automotive culture. Whether someone is preparing for their Ls or working toward independent driving, we create a safe, supportive environment where everyone can learn at their own pace and feel empowered to pursue their licence.
